  • পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা বর্ণিত হিসাবে না।

  • পোশাকের রঙের অমিল।
  • ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হয়েছে।

প্রত্যর্পণ নীতি (Refund Policy) আমরা আপনার রিটার্ন মূল্যায়ন সম্পূর্ণ করার পরে ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

  • যদি পণ্যটি স্টকের বাইরে থাকে তবে আপনি সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন।
  • অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধার চার্জ এবং শিপিং চার্জ আপনার অর্ডারের ফেরত মূল্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হবে না।
